Waterside Studio Troubleshooting

Ensure the Amp (bottom panel), Cloud panel (blue) and Denon panel (CD Player if using) are switched on.

IF NO MUSIC IS PLAYING

First thing to check – If there is music playing on a device but there is no sound check if the lights on the sound bar are moving, if they ARE showing check the (blue) Cloud panel – switched on / correct source channel is selected. If the lights AREN’T showing the music from the device isn’t being received, check connection from device to stereo.

Below is a check list to run through if there is an issue.

  • The power button on the cloud panel (blue) is pushed in.
  • The correct channel on the source dial (blue cloud panel) is selected.
  • If Using Bluetooth and there’s a reconnection issue – try “forgetting” Aerolink4 and turning your device Bluetooth off and back on again then pairing Aerolink4 again.
  • If using CD or own AUX cable make sure the correct one is displayed on the screen.
  • If using AUX check the case isn’t in the way.

Waterside Studio Stereo

Step 1
Ensure all sections of the system are switched on, each panel has power lights.

Step 2
Choose music source
Bluetooth

  • Turn on the Aerolink unit and ensure the blue lights are flashing.
  • Turn on Bluetooth on your device and search for Aerolink4.
  • Reconnection issue – if you have connected to this previously and it won’t reconnect try forgetting the “Aerolink4” and turning your device Bluetooth off and back on again then pairing the Aerolink4 again.
  • On the blue panel (CLOUD) select channel L3.

AUX – using the cable from the back of the stereo

  • Plug AUX cable into headphone socket or adaptor.
  • If the device has a case on it, ensure this is not obstructing the cable connection.
  • On the blue panel (CLOUD) select channel L4.

AUX – using own cable

  • Plug cable into the AUX port located on the black panel.
  • Plug AUX cable into headphone socket or adaptor.
  • If the device has a case on it, ensure this is not obstructing the cable connection.
  • Once the cable is connected use the source button located on the black panel.
  • On the blue panel (CLOUD) select channel L2.

CD Player

  • On the black panel press the source button until the CD option shows on the display screen.
  • Press the eject button next to the CD drawer, insert CD.
  • On the blue panel (CLOUD) select channel L2.
  • Check the pitch is either off (music will play at usual speed) or on and set to correct pitch using the adjust buttons.

Step 3
Use the volume control on the blue panel, if using Bluetooth or AUX ensure the volume on the device is turned up.
