.
Step 2
Check the switch inside the belt pack is set on mic (not instrument) then insert battery, switch on – the number 2 should show on the display and the light on the top should show green.

Step 3
Once the mic is switched on check the lights show on the receiver, if the lights do not show this means the belt pack is not being received and the mic won’t come through the system. Check the battery is connected properly and the channel displayed on the pack is the same number as on the receiver.
If the lights do show check the further steps.
The picture below shows the receiver when the belt pack is not switched on.

Spin Studio & Waterside Studio
Step 1
Check the headset is fully inserted and screwed into place.
Step 2
Check the switch inside is set to mic (not instrument) *please note that on the spin mic this isn’t labelled but the switch should be down. Insert the battery, switch on – the light on the top of the belt pack should light up red.

The below picture is how the receiver will look before the belt pack is switched on, if the lights do not show when the belt pack is switched on this means the belt pack is not being received and the mic won’t come through the system. Check the battery is connected properly, you may need to use some paper at the bottom of the battery to push the battery towards the connectors.

If the lights are showing (as displayed in the below picture) but there is still no sound check the further steps. If the sound is cutting in and out check if the lights are also flashing on and off – this could be the battery losing connection or running low.

Step 3
If the lights are showing double check the switch inside the belt pack is on Mic and ensure the volume is turned up on the blue cloud panel – Mic 2 Level.
