Step 1
Turn off all three black switches located in the middle of the control board (Turn all three to the left), Also flick both grey switches upwards as this will turn of the heaters & air blowers.
Step 2
Close valves to the dosing unit water probe.
Step 3
CLOSE valves labelled numbered 1 & 2 they are the valves coming out of the balance tank.
Step 4
OPEN valve 8 this will allow water to drain down from the jacuzzi.
Step 5
OPEN the waste valve located near the multiport.
Step 6
Now turn the lever on the multiport in a clockwise manor to ‘Backwash’ this is half way down the multiport.
Step 7
Go back to the control board and switch the circulation pump on, this will drop the water level in the jacuzzi.
Step 8
Once emptied turn off the circulation pump.
Step 9
CLOSE valve 8, OPEN valve 1 then turn the multi-port valve to ‘Rinse’. (Please note the ‘rinse’ section is ¾ the way around the multiport)
Step 10
Go back to control board and turn the circulation pump back on.
Step 11
Once the balance tank is nearly empty go back to the control board and turn off the circulation pump.
Step 12
Now OPEN valves labelled number 7, this is the top-up valve. The jacuzzi will now fill up with water.
Step 13
Once the jacuzzi is full, water will run down to the balance tank.
Step 14
The water needs to be at least level with the ballcock in the balance tank.
Step 15
When the water is at correct level CLOSE valves labelled number 7.
Step 16
Now OPEN valve labelled 2.
Step 17
CLOSE the waste valve near the multiport and turn the multiport to ‘Filter’.
Step 18
Turn on the valves to the dosing unit.
Step 19
Turn on the three black switches, let the water run through the system for a few minutes and then turn the heaters back on by flicking the grey switch back down on the left.
